Joke

One day Lion summoned all the other animals in the jungle. "Each of you must tell a joke," he said. "But if anyone fails to laugh, I'll kill the person who told it. Monkey, you go first."

Monkey began,"Two men go into a bar..." When he delivered the punchline, everyone roared with laughter, except Tortoise. So lion pounced on Monkey and killed him.

Next up was elephant. He told his joke and again, everyone laughed except Tortoise. So lion pounced on Elephant and killed him.

The animals were furious with Tortoise, but no one dared to move.

Tiger began his joke, but when he was about one sentenced in, Tortoise suddenly rolled over and began kicking his feet in the air, giggling his head off. "What's wrong with you?" roared an irate Lion. "Tiger isn't even finished with his gag yet!"

"I'm sorry," said Tortoise, gasping between laughs, "but Monkey's joke was simply too funny!"

Dear diary blog,

I’m so sorry for being so selfish and letting you be alone all the time. As you can see when new semester arrives I hardly even have the time to visit you. Recently I just finished two test, two reports and a couple of assignments and guess what, there are more to come. Everything is driving me crazy. Every day is like a war, we fight with time, tiredness, patience, course subjects and lecturers etc. I am so scared that I could not pass this semester as my previous semester is rather a failure.

This semester brings a new breathe in my second home as a girl has step in to be our new housemates. Do you know what this means? No more walking here and there almost nakedly and doing weird noises and jokes. But this doesn’t mean it’s the end of the world because in fact we can make good use of this to improve our studies as I believe she is much more intelligent than us, I hope. One of my housemates have also bought an electrical induction cooker and we have our first meal cooked using that a few days ago. Guess what, its spaghetti! Well, frankly it’s not that delicious anyway but who cares, keeping our stomach full is all that matters. I am sure next time we will do it better.

a toast for our future!

Nothing much had happened to me recently as study has taken it away from me! Whenever there are any activities, I have to refuse. Just like the one that I have recently rejected which I can have a chance to sing with MOD in Fo Guang Shan during the Chinese New Year. In the end, studies say it all as I have to go back to my second home and rush some assignments and reports.

dear blog, i'll miss ya.

signing off.

Lenght

I was on the way home one day after lunch with my friends and came across this spelling mistakes in a saloon. Thinking of sending this picture to The Star and get an opportunity to get RM 50 but we think it is pretty common and so the idea was cut off.

Feel very disappointed with some minorities who can't even spell such simple English. I am not saying I'm good in English, I have much more to learn but this is just primary level! Government, please do something! :(

Sleepy

For two consecutive night, the intention to watch football matches come to a fail.
.
.
.
In the end, It is the television who is watching me...
.
.
.
The first is Liverpool vs Bolton where The Reds won 2-0 and apparently the big showdown between Arsenal and Manchester United.
.
.
.
I only manage to watch until half time for both matches because I am freaking tired! Oh man, I didn't do any extreme things both that days and yet i fell asleep on such interesting matches. Hmm..guess I am getting older...:(
.
.
.
Luckily Manchester United won the match by 3-1. In your face Arsenal!!! Rooney and Nani are simply superb!

:)

My blog is filled with 'dust', again. I feel a little bit of guilty for not updating my blog that often. Unlike my dear sis who I consider a professional blogger who will post almost everything that happens to her, I will just do it once in a blue moon. Considering myself lazy, genuine stories about myself actually didn't really shown up in my blog. Stories like my Starbucks experience, parties , events that I attended, university activities, my thoughts and etc have not been posted up by me albeit having it on my mind.

My Starbucks experience

Stepping in my 20th year as a human also marks the start of my second semester. Its the second week of the semester and everything seems pretty normal and nothing much happened recently. The only concern is whether I can pass or even score in the end of the semester. A lecturer who I unwillingly disclose her name once told us in a lecture, "If you ask me whether you can score in the final exam, I can say you can't." (Score means getting an 'A' for the subject). Can you imagine how hard it will be!? I am having six subjects this semester and every single subject is like a glass, you have to 'handle' it carefully and 'clean' as many times as possible to make it bright and clear. A single mistakes will make it cracks...

Just like the new year resolution that I had made in my earlier post, hopefully I can improve myself either mentally or physically. Life unarguably is an adventure everyone must face. No matter how difficult the road will be, I will finish it with joy and pride!

I'm taking this opportunity to tell y'll that my university Buddhist Society will be organizing an event call Buddhist Week. It is consider the first major event I am taking part. So, I will be looking forward to it :)

My first post in 2010 ended up with Manchester United draw with Birmingham City, 1-1.
And not to mentioned the match before this where they lost 1-0 to Leeds United in FA Cup third round.
This is so bizarre because whenever I watch Man Utd play live, it will either be a draw or lost. What the hell???

Everyone's blog have their own new year resolution, so here's mine:
  • Increase my cgpa in the new semester
  • No more procrastinating
  • Start exercise more regularly
  • Show more love and care towards my family
  • Learn at least one new things (Don't care what it is as long as it benefits me)
  • Get myself a new guitar, probably an electric guitar...
  • Visit a new country..
  • Help Man Utd win at least a major trophy this year. (I know this is lame...and all I can help is just show my full support to them)
  • Meet more new friends
  • Live life to the fullest!

Talking about my new semester, below are the subjects that I will be facing:
  1. Mathematics for Engineering 2
  2. Dynamics
  3. Chemistry for Engineering
  4. Chemical Engineering Thermodynamics
  5. Introduction to Chemical Engineering
  6. Heat and Mass Transfer

Bring it on, Baby!!!

6M/2002 Gathering

Here I am, exposing my standard 6 pictures........ Laugh as loud as you can because I am not ashamed of publishing it because it is one of my best moment in life that I will never ever forget. Recently we have a small gathering all thanks to facebook. One of my friend actually tag everyone in this picture and all started to give comments in it and eventually leads to an idea of having gathering.

So after 8 years, all of us have 'transformed' into these---->

Chew Pek Kuan: For an unknown reason, I still think you are like a 'big sister' in 6M and even now. hehe

Bao Ling: Oh man! you really look different compared to last time. You are so pretty now! Anyway, I still like your specs in primary. Looks cute.

Min Chung: Like a big brother to me. Still as handsome as ever!

Kung Jing: One of the funniest and chubbiest friend I have. After so many years, you are still so 'thin'...

松本優紀: You look so 'Japanese' right now. Look very pretty with the makeups!!

Ho Sun Ling: Well I guess you are the one I can still recognized with just one look. Didn't change much. :)

Lim Shi Ying: Frankly I really forget who you are when we meet. Only when you tell me your name only I remember...hehe

Sheryl Wong: Another pretty one that change so much but luckily I can still remember her because of our parents are friend and we didn't live that far.

Teoh Khai Zhun: Don't know why you seems shy...anyway i really glad to see you again!

Khoo Tze Wei: 'Mat Kool'! Still as cool as last time. hehe!

Chia Jui Sin: The top student from Singapore! Really surprised that he turned up in this gathering because all this time he is the missing one.

Everyone has changed a lot and I can't even recognized some of them. Even though not everyone came but still, I am glad and happy for those who came that night. It's really nice to meet up with you all again! :)
